Who we are: TutorOps is a product of Vision Collective Corp Ltd (trading as Vision Reality), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15108480), whose registered office is at Office 8566, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. In this policy "TutorOps", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vision Collective Corp Ltd.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you use TutorOps to manage student records, lesson schedules, or communications, you are the data controller for that data and we act as your data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (available on request) governs that relationship.

TutorOps is a business platform intended for use by tuition centre operators and staff (aged 18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Student records managed within the platform by tuition centres are subject to the Data Processing Agreement (see Section 1.3).

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email (if you are a registered user) and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TutorOps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
